Vinegar

Vinegar produced with apples of the Golden variety, from the province of Lleida, where La Rambla is located. An intense pale straw yellow vinegar, of sweet aroma and hints of sweetened apple.

In its flavor, one can clearly perceive sweet and balsamic nuances. Ideal for meat carpaccios, fowl, salads, macedoines and cold sweet-and-sour sauces.
